Recipe: Makes 1 bowl
125g Frozen banana
20g Vanilla whey protein powder
12g Raw cacao
150ml Unsweetened almond milk
Large handful of crushed ice
Pinch of xanthan gum (not essential but makes for an extra thick smoothie bowl)
1) Place all the ingredients in a blender and put the lid on making sure it is secure.
2) Blend until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
3) Pour into a bowl and top with topping of your choice.
