How To Take CherryActive

CherryActive Concentrate: Add 30-60ml, depending on individual size and the intensity of training/competition undertaken, to approx. 240-500ml water (to taste) or your usual recovery drink 20-60 minutes after training or competition, or with breakfast or lunch on rest days.

CherryActive Capsules: Take 1-2 capsules daily, depending on individual size and the intensity of training/competition undertaken, with usual recovery drink 20-60 minutes after training or approximately 1 hour before bed on rest days.

CherryActive Dried Cherries: Can be eaten on their own throughout the day as an energy snack (great for carb loading), or post-workout/training/competition as a carbohydrate and antioxidant source.
