General
Your use of and purchase of goods from this site is governed by the
terms and conditions set out below.

We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).
Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out
on the site are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
CherryActive cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges).
Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy (this is in addition to your legal rights)
If you buy goods from us, you may cancel your order (or any part of
it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 days after delivery by:
• returning the goods to us at CherryActive, 99 Manor Lane, Sunbury, Middlesex TW16 6JE.
• calling us on 08451 705 705*, emailing us at enquiries@cherryactive.co.uk, or writing to us at CherryActive, 99 Manor Lane, Sunbury, Middlesex TW16 6JE to cancel the order (or part of it) .
This is subject to the following conditions:
1. The goods must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned
with the original product packaging.
2. You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant
delivery charges). You will be responsible for any costs of delivering
the goods back to us.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that the goods you purchase are damaged, or
have turned bad, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in
accordance with your legal rights. Please call us on 08451 705 705* to
arrange.
THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
*Lines are open 9am – 6pm weekdays and Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Our Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day from receipt of order.
We post the majority of orders of CherryActive Concentrate by 24 hour
courier and CherryActive Capsules by First Class Mail.
We post orders to the Scotish Highlands and UK Islands by Royal Mail Standard Delivery, which should be delivered in 3-5 working days.
We cannot take any liability for a delay in the postal service. If you do not receive your order within 8 days, please contact us at enquiries@cherryactive giving your full name, address and the date you placed your order and we shall investigate fully. If we deem your parcel has been lost we will send out a free replacement without delay.

General Conditions
Ownership of the goods shall remain with CherryActive and shall not
pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them have been paid
in full.
To the extent permitted by law, CherryActive accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the goods provided.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale.
Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law
otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.
In these terms and conditions:
"CherryActive" means Cherry Active Limited
"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English
statutory and public holidays;
"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and
conditions;
