These little protein chocolate nuggets are packed with blueberries designed to nourish and energise the body.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time: 4 hours
Serves: Makes 12 balls


115g Cashew or almond butter
60ml BlueberryActive® concentrate
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
60g melted cacao butter
30g Protein powder - unflavoured, chocolate or vanilla
60g BlueberryActive® dried blueberries
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
30g mixed seeds


  1. Place the cashew nut butter, BlueberryActive®  concentrate, cacao powder and melted cacao butter in a food processor and combine. Add the remaining ingredients and process to form a dough. Chill in the fridge for about two hours until firm. Alternatively place in a freezer for 30 minutes to firm up. 
  2. When the mixture is firm use a spoon to scoop out walnut size balls. Roll into balls and place on a sheet of baking parchment. Roll the truffles in a little crushed pistachio or dust with raw cacao powder.
