This amazing recipe comes from Dr Emma Kirke, founder of the Medicinal Kitchen website. This recipe combines four quality ingredients to makes an easy breakfast bake that is tasty, high in protein and only takes 2 minutes to make.
Serves: Makes one bake
1 scoop Genetic supplements vanilla vegan protein (or any other vanilla protein)
50 ml Alpro unsweetened almond milk
1 Medium egg
40g CherryActive® dried montmorency cherries
- Mix the egg, protein powder and unsweetened almond milk together in a BPA free microwaveable container.
- When thoroughly mixed push the cherries into the mix and try to ensure they are evenly spread.
- Place the container in the microwave and cook on full for 2 minutes.
- Slice and top with nut butter if you wish.
Macros per serving: 304 Kcal, 33g Carbohydrates, 6g Fat, 25g Protein
