This recipe come from our ambassador Lindsay Benson aka Lean Bean Nutrition. Once you've tried this it will become your go to post-training protein shake, trust us it is delicious! This recipe will give you a really nice thick smoothie.

Serves: Makes one smoothie


30g Chocolate Protein Powder

30ml CherryActive® concentrate

150-200ml Milk (we used unsweetened Almond milk)

15g Vitafibre (optional)

Lots of ice


  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the CherryActive into the smoothie and stir through to create a swirl.
  4. Pour into glass and enjoy.
