This smoothie is the perfect way to recovery after a workout. The CherryActive concentrate can speed up muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness, while the raw cacao gives you a big serving of antioxidants. Thanks go to our our Instagram follower Charlotte Bovey for the recipe.

Serves: Makes one smoothie

Ingredients

250-300ml Coconut water
30ml CherryActive® concentrate
1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 Handful of fresh raspberries
1 tsp Raw cacao powder

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and garnish with fresh raspberries if you wish.
